Biography
Luca Azzariti Crousillat is an associate in Cokinos | Young’s New York/New Jersey office, where he represents clients in complex bankruptcy, intellectual property, and commercial litigation matters. His practice focuses on high-stakes financial and contractual disputes, including alter-ego and veil-piercing claims, fraudulent transfer actions, guaranty enforcement, lien disputes, and arbitration proceedings. Luca also assists clients with trademark clearance, TTAB filings, and broader intellectual-property strategy.
Luca earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law, where he served as Executive Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review. During law school, he was a Pro Bono Scholar in the Mithoff Pro Bono Program and won the Paper Chase Legal Writing Competition. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Finance and International Affairs from John Cabot University in Rome, Italy. Luca is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish and has working proficiency in German.
