Biography

Maurice is a versatile litigator who represents clients in a wide and diverse range of matters including commercial disputes, product liability and mass torts, wrongful death, and appellate matters. He routinely represents individual and corporate clients before federal and state courts throughout the country. He has successfully represented clients in “bet-the-company” litigation and trials. In addition, Maurice has experience representing clients outside the courtroom through alternative dispute resolution.
