Jesús “Jesse” N. Joslin

Attorney | Austin

Biography

Jesse is a skilled trial attorney whose practice spans construction litigation, personal injury, products liability, and complex commercial disputes. He brings the same tenacity and strategic precision to every case, whether he is navigating a high-stakes commercial legal dispute or working to protect his client’s interests before a lawsuit is ever filed.

Whether handling a transactional matter, a pre-litigation claim, or an active lawsuit, Jesse is a fierce and tireless advocate who guides his clients every step of the way. He has secured favorable verdicts and critical wins at both the pre-trial and trial stages and consistently delivers outcomes that make a real difference in his clients’ lives and businesses.

That same litigation insight gives Jesse a distinct advantage outside the courtroom as well. His deep understanding of risk management, dispute resolution strategies, and contract enforcement mechanisms enables him to counsel clients on transactional and business matters with an eye toward preventing disputes before they arise and positioning clients for success if a dispute becomes unavoidable.

Jesse is a proud son of South Texas and visits every chance he gets. When he is not advocating for his clients, you can find him spending time with his wife, his two sons, and the family’s beloved Basset Hound. He is also an avid traveler, hiker, and home cook who enjoys music, movies, and cheering on his favorite teams, especially the Texas Longhorns and the Dallas Cowboys.
