The Texas Anti-Indemnity Act: Restrictions on Indemnity in Texas
The Cokinos | Young Insurance Coverage Team has authored a second edition of the C|Y White Paper providing analysis of the Texas Anti-Indemnity Act. It was first published in December 2011, immediately prior to the effective date of the Act on January 1, 2012. The white paper has been periodically updated over the years, but the Coverage Team felt a rework was warranted in order to include all revisions all in one place in the second edition.
