Derek J. Kammerlocher is an Associate in the Dallas office of Cokinos I Young. Derek’s is devoted to serving as an advocate for his clients in the construction industry in all phases and methods of dispute resolution, including pre-suit negotiation, litigation, mediation, arbitration, and trial. Derek uses his experience representing developers, contractors, design professionals, and sureties to craft real-world, common-sense strategies to help his clients achieve their dispute resolution goals related to payment disputes, breach of contract claims, defect claims, personal injury claims, employment claims, and all other areas impacting the construction industry. Derek takes an individualized and tailored approach to each representation to ensure satisfaction of his client’s specific goals.
