Biography
Derek J. Kammerlocher is a Principal in the Dallas office of Cokinos | Young. Derek has devoted his career and practice to advocating for clients in the construction industry, including developers, contractors, design professionals, material suppliers, and insurance companies involved in the construction process. Drawing on his industry knowledge and specific experience, Derek helps his clients achieve their dispute-resolution goals in payment, contract, defect, and insurance disputes, as well as in other areas that often affect the construction industry, such as employment and personal injury. Derek takes an individualized and tailored approach to each representation to ensure the satisfaction of each client’s specific goals.
