Cokinos | Young
Diversity Equity and Inclusion

Cokinos Cares

At Cokinos | Young, we believe everyone has something unique and powerful to offer. Our diversity and inclusiveness makes us stronger as a firm. But even more than that, it’s the very fabric of our culture. In the #CYFamily, everyone has a seat at our table and a voice in the room. It’s the best way— and the right way —to do business.

Our firm continues to grow in size and meet the evolving workforce and community concerns by hiring, promoting, and retaining key leaders, whose commitment to diversity extends beyond the office.

“The construction industry and law have long been male-dominated, but I don’t have to stop being a lady or wearing my pearls, to be successful in this industry.  In fact, research shows increased profits when diverse people are at the table and making decisions—and I like to be at those tables—for my firm and for my clients.” – Stephanie Cook
