Biography
Before joining Cokinos Young, Rebekah defended manufacturers, distributors, and premises owners in a variety of premises liability, product liability and toxic tort litigation involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Rebekah is experienced in all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts and administrative proceedings from initial responses, discovery, and case strategy to drafting motions, conducting depositions, and trial preparation.
